Basics For "Those Golf Basics" A Gap in Golf Instruction? In early 2004 I read an Internet article which contained the statement that "golfers are desperately looking for golf instruction". S- Specific- Please make sure you know exactly what you are trying to accomplish. Lose 20 pounds, Get body fat % to 16%, etc. M- Measurable- How are you going to track it.
